Latex-free polyethylene, polyurethane, and vinyl disposable products in manufactured in Environmentally Controlled Area (ECA); sterilization available for optimum infection- and contamination-control during medical procedures
- Thermal Constant: for polyethylene and urethane parts with complex designs such as ultrasound probe covers, c-arm drapes, and microscope drapes. Bond created with application of continuous heat
- Thermal Impulse: for polyethylene parts with straight seals such as band bags, cinch bags, and pouches. Bond created with single pulse of intense heat followed by immediate cooling
- RF Sealing (Radio Frequency): Latex-free urethane film and vinyl parts requiring straight lines or parts with complex seals such as urology drain bags or table pad covers. Radio waves and applied pressure create a multi-layer bond stronger than either material when used alone
