Thermoforming Vacuum MachineRigid plastic forming is achievable with CFI's vacuum formers, which provide the flexibility to make a wide variety of shaped and sized plastic parts. Once formed, the parts are then trimmed and finished in CFI's state of the art high speed machining center.

Capacity:

  • Will accept a .25" x 4' x 8' sheet
  • 30" draw can be obtained

Drape forming is ideal for plastic parts requiring a gradual bend or curve such as arm boards and cradles & orthotic devices. CFI's 500 degree oven can handle parts up to 4' x 8'.
