CFI's Compression Forming Capabilities consist of a 300 Ton High Capacity Heated Platen Forming Press, a 40 Ton High Capacity Cooling Platen Forming Press, the ability to produce lightweight parts that are non-stick and virtually stain resistant, producing complex geometry and incorporating detailed artwork into part, and in house machining of molds & fixtures. MedVac’s air-tight, chambered vacuum bag comes filled with tiny, evenly spaced beads. Simply wrap the vac bag around the infant, secure the straps, hook the bag to a pump and evacuate the air. The bag will become rigid around the newborn without squeezing or applying pressure. When finished, simply release the valve to allow the vac bag to re-fill with air, then undo the straps.
