Compression Forming

CFI's Compression Forming Capabilities consist of a 300 Ton High Capacity Heated Platen Forming Press, a 40 Ton High Capacity Cooling Platen Forming Press, the ability to produce lightweight parts that are non-stick and virtually stain resistant, producing complex geometry and incorporating detailed artwork into part, and in house machining of molds & fixtures. CFI uses materials such as TUF - Textured Ultra Foam, and HCF - HealthCare Fabric.

THE SHIELD, CT TABLE PAD W/SLIDE AND STRAPS

Protect your scanner table from fluid contamination with The Shield. This system incorporates a coated foam table pad and reinforced PVC side flaps. The patient rests comfortably on the table pad while the flaps shield the gaps in the table from fluid contamination. The convenience of this system can be adapted to any imaging modality including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Angio Suites, and Cath Labs. “Rail Mount” Carbon Fiber Armboard with Quick Release

CFI’s “Rail Mount” Carbon Fiber Armboard has been custom engineered to achieve a high degree of strength, durability and radiolucency. Designed to fit any standard accessory rail, the armboard can also be combined with an optional accessory rail mounting unit, allowing for attachment to tables without a built in rail. The unique “Quick Release” Swivel Unit allows for easy application & removal, while providing 180° of lateral adjustment.
